A demo I did for a World Market (Giant Eagle) Grocery store in Wexford PA.

This is a lot more fun than my facial expression shows, I just could not have any of the beer!!!!

I just love my little Snowman....and the beer department they put me in too.

This cake took 1st Place in Austin TX "That takes the Cake" show in 2011.

It is a 4 tier marbled fondant covered cake and Isomalt adornments.

It also has "Stand-away-lace" going up it as a broken Butterfly cage with Isomalt Butterflies.

Oriental Stringwork attached to Isomalt Fleurs-de-Lis. Adds a real pop to your work.

This is a demo piece I did for the ICES Convention in 2011. The photos are by Sam Stringer.
